Senior Payroll & Social Security Specialist

English Speaker Payroll & Social Security Specialist 

Tasks:

  • Taking part in monthly and annual payroll duties (monthly payroll process and reporting)
  • Handling monthly tax return (08) and the tax reconciliations in case of necessities
  • Cooperating with international client in terms of all relevant payroll issues and reporting
  • Dealing with payroll deductions and calculation of allowances (variable salaries, cafeteria, tax, pension, social security contribution, social security)
  • Updating and maintaining payroll & social security records
  • Handling the registration and the on boarding process of new employees
  • Liaising with management and authorities

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Payroll & Social Security field
  • Good Excel skills with analytical mind-set
  • Fluency in English
  • Kulcs-Soft experience is huge plus
  • Strong autonomy and experience in daily professional problem solving is a must
  • Up to date knowledge in Hungarian payroll & social security legislation
